As someone who considered herself in good shape – although a "little chunky" – and who exercised regularly, I was not sure what a personal trainer could do for me.  Fortunately, I was willing to find out.  Kim makes me work harder than I have ever worked before.  She keeps me from falling into a rut, and wasting my exercise time.  She is constantly pushing and encouraging.  As a result, I feel stronger than I have in years.  Although I still need to get rid of the "little chunky," I feel like my exercising has been brought to a new level, and I feel like I can now focus on eating better and working on getting rid of those extra pounds.  I would recommend Kim strongly for people like me, who have exercised regularly over the years. You'd be surprised how much more you can accomplish.
