When we got the pictures back from our vacation at St. John in February, I quickly compared them to when I first started working with you a year ago—WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

The change hasn't happened overnight like most INFOMERCIALS promise. The number on the scale is still important, but I realize now that it doesn't mean everything. I've only lost about 5 lbs., but the change in my body is amazing. My body fat percentage is down as is my cholesterol. Also, from doing cardio at least 5 times a week and weight training with you 3 times a week, my asthma doesn't bother me any longer—no more inhaler each day!! I'm not only stronger and healthier, but also happier. I can do things I never thought I could like hike a mountain that is 1800 Ft. high or wear a bikini!! The word diet is not longer in my vocabulary. No more fads for me. Best yet, I have two teenage daughters that tell me all the time how proud they are of me. That alone makes it all worth it.
