Success Stories - Angela N.

I am a 24-year-old woman who didn't incorporate exercise and healthy eating into my life.  After graduating from college in May of 2001,, I put on about 60 pounds from not taking care of myself.  After graduating college I was faced with a long year of disappointment and stress which didn't help with the weight.

About two months ago I enlisted the help of Kimberly to help me incorporate exercise in my life.  When meeting with Kimberly, I was very comfortable and impressed by her presentation and how knowledgeable she was on healthy living.  She was a trainer who was there for my needs and not just for the money.  She is a constant source of encouragement and support.  I look forward to meeting with her every week.  Not only am I losing weight, but I am eating healthier and I am feeling better about myself.  Twice a week I e-mail her or she calls me, and I need that support sometimes.  I am very thankful to Kimberly and I plan to continue meeting with her even after I meet my personal goals.
