Kimberly Garrison appears on The 10! Show with Lori Wilson & Terry Ruggles to talk about her "Exercise Stimulus Plan" and strategies for keeping fit in colder weather. She'll also be providing tips for simple exercises you can do at home, and sharing her favorite ways to stay healthy and hydrated.



Women of Color Mini Forum

Kimberly Garrison will serve as a panelist at the Black Women In Sport Foundation (BWSF) 2nd Next Step/Women of Color (WOC) mini-forum.

The forum is designed not only to explore the barriers facing minority female administrators and coaches, but also their proudest breakthrough moments. The Women of Color mini-forum will be held on Thursday August 27, 2009 at Cheyney University’s Carnegie Hall Grand Room, from 10 am to 2 pm.
